1. Scope of Services

Malik Freight Brokerage Inc. (“The Company”) provides logistics, delivery, installation, and general building trade services. All work is performed as a registered Ontario Corporation. We are verified for compliance with the City of Brantford for General Building Trades.

2. Trade Regulations & Subcontracting

As a General Building Trades provider, we perform non-regulated work (flooring, drywall, assembly). For services requiring specific Ontario trade licenses (Master Electrician, Licensed Plumber, HVAC), the Company acts as a Project Coordinator and may subcontract such work to qualified, licensed professionals.

3. Insurance & Liability

The Company maintains $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability Insurance.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden water damage, or manufacturer defects in products provided by the client.
  • Liability is limited to the total value of the service contract.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide a safe work environment and clear access. Damage to hidden utilities (pipes/wires) not installed to code or not disclosed by the client is the responsibility of the client.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
