Our Quality Guarantee

We provide a 30-Day Workmanship Warranty on all labor performed directly by our team.

What is Covered:

  • Installation errors related to flooring (LVP/Laminate), drywall, and painting.
  • Security of TV mounts and furniture assembly performed by our technicians.
  • Alignment and functionality of installed household fixtures.

What is Not Covered:

  • Product Defects: Issues with the product itself (e.g., defective electronics or materials) must be handled via the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Wear and Tear: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance after project completion.
  • Client-Supplied Materials: We do not warrant the quality or durability of materials provided by the customer.

How to Claim:

Any workmanship concerns must be reported in writing to 905-876-7740 within 30 days of project completion. We will inspect and repair the specific labor issue at no cost to the client.
